A community is stronger when access to information is readily available to all at reasonable cost.
Because of government rulings and the CRTC, Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are about to impose usage-based billing on Canadians, and this will obviously create a digital divide that is completely counterproductive to ongoing learning and communication throughout our country.
